Horses in the park and an accident

These two horses are being ridden by policemen. Have you ever seen one like that? We were all in this tunnel to get out of the rain. It was raining very hard when two people on bicycles came through the tunnel. One bicyclist (a woman) skidded on the slippery sidewalk and crashed into a man riding his bike. We all watched in horror, but they were helped up and they went on. I hope they were okay.
